It was pure joy to welcome home the real action heroes of the USS Boxer after their deployment. These are the men and women that make America great. I told them I owe them and all of our heroes who have served this country my success.

And it was a special honor to receive the Navy Distinguished Public Service award from a fellow immigrant who served in our Navy for more than two decades, Carlos Del Toro.
